James Richard

James Richard studied at the University of Lausanne, where he earned a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Law in Legal Professions. He served as a student representative at various levels, including the University of Lausanne Council, where he was a member of the Legislative Committee.
After an internship with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Neuchâtel, he rendered a master’s dissertation on the interpretation of DNA expert reports.
He received his Certificate of Specialization in Legal Practice from the University of Geneva in 2026.
He practices in French and English.
