Each matter is handled by a defined number of people. Clients know who is familiar with their case and who follows it. Sensitive discussions take place in person, and written communication is adapted to the level of discretion the matter requires.
Responsiveness
In criminal and enforcement matters, deadlines are sometimes counted in hours: a search, a hearing, an attachment. The firm is organised to act quickly, including outside office hours when the situation requires it.
Proximity
Pierluca Degni personally handles every mandate, from the first meeting to the enforcement of the decision. Clients have a direct point of contact within the team, who knows their file and what is at stake, and who argues the case in person.
International reach
Many matters reach beyond Switzerland’s borders: parallel proceedings in several jurisdictions, assets located in several countries, mutual assistance proceedings. The firm works in five languages and coordinates its action with trusted partners abroad.
