Dispute Resolution
Representation before civil, criminal and administrative courts, in Switzerland and in cross-border proceedings.
Legal bases
CPC (RS 272)
LDIP (RS 291)
Convention de Lugano (RS 0.275.12)
LTF (RS 173.110)
A dispute is won first in its preparation: establishing the facts, identifying the forum and the applicable law, measuring what proceedings will cost and what they may yield.
The firm advises clients from the first signs of a dispute (pre-litigation) and then represents them before the competent courts.
A significant share of matters has a cross-border dimension: parties abroad, assets in several jurisdictions, parallel proceedings. Coordinating civil, criminal and mutual assistance proceedings lies at the heart of our practice: procedural rigour, pragmatism and a strategic approach tailored to each matter.
Working with lawyers abroad, we defend our clients’ interests in complex disputes, ensuring smooth coordination and rigorous management of the associated risks.
